AMENDMENTS

Steve's constitutional amendments were violated. Our law indicates that an individual is "innocent until proven guilty"; our law indicates that a person cannot be charged unless there is evidence "beyond a reasonable doubt" that he/she is guillty. During Steve's trial, there were never any murder weapons present during the trial; there was never any DNA, fingerprints, pictures, and/or identification of Steve being present.
Amendment 4
Amendment 5
Amendment 6
Steve's conviction clearly stems from an unfortunate case of a personal vandata, because Steve was a nuisance and made officials mad that is the bottom line.
